Application & Enrollment Fee

An application and evaluation fee for each new student is $80. Payment is required with the submission of the student’s enrollment application. The application fee is non-refundable.

Preschool Tuition & Day Care Program Rates
(All fees shown are monthly rates unless specified otherwise. Rates in effect Feb. 1, 2023.)

*Before-school care and after-school care is available on a case-by-case basis at a cost of $12 per hour or any portion of an hour.

An annual activities fee of $80 is collected with the first preschool tuition payment.

Miscellaneous Fees

Miscellaneous items that may be purchased apart from tuition and fees include GSP attire, student pictures and yearbooks.

Payment Options

We offer families two methods to pay their school bill:

• Annual Pay

July 1st Payment Discount Plan -  A 3% discount will be applied for payment in full of all tuition and fees for the full school year, made on or before July 1, 2023. Payment can be made by check directly to GSP or online by ACH withdrawal or credit/debit card. You will be charged a convenience fee for credit/debit card payments. Not to be used with other discounts.

• Monthly Payment Plan

Monthly payments of tuition and extended care fees can be made directly by check to GSP or online by ACH withdrawal or credit/debit card. A convenience fee is charged for monthly credit/debit card payments made online.

Withdrawal Policies

Should you elect to withdraw your student on or after the first day of school, you will be assessed one month’s tuition for each month or portion of a month the student has been in attendance. You will also be assessed a withdrawal fee of $100 (per student). Deposits and fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

A waiver of the withdrawal fee will be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of moving out of the area, or if GSP determines that it can no longer meet your student’s educational needs.

School records and transcripts may be held until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.

Discounts

Multiple Child Discount

Families with two or more children will receive a discount of 10% off the monthly tuition and 10% off fees for extended care programs for each additional child. Not to be used with other discounts.

Military, Law Enforcement Discount, & First Responders

We appreciate our armed forces, police officers, & first responders! The Good Shepherd Preschool offers a 10% discount on preschool tuition, as well as fees for before-school care and after-school care for children whose parents are active-duty military or local law enforcement officers. Not to be used with other discounts.  See details. 

Advance Payment Discount

A 3% tuition discount only applies if tuition and fees for the entire school year are paid in full on or before July 1, 2023. Not to be used with other discounts.
