The Good Shepherd Preschool has a 3 step process for hiring faculty and staff members:

1. Qualified applicants that are committed to excellence in education rooted in the Word of God and the teachings of Jesus Christ are encouraged to submit an employment application to the preschool address or via email to preschool@highwayag.org.
2. Once the employment application has been submitted and reviewed, candidates will be selected for an interview. This includes one or more meetings with the Director or other administrative representatives.
3. The final step in the hiring process will be met when the Director makes a recommendation of a candidate to the School Board for approval and offer of employment.
